Due to the highly personalized nature of our products ("Your Brand, Our Craft"), all customized and branded items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
30-Day Quality Guarantee For non-customized stock items, we have a 30-day return policy. However, for customized orders, we only accept return or replacement requests if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed due to our error. You must contact us at franksmithwp@proton.me within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a claim.
Damages and Issues (Quality Claims) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the branding is inaccurate or the product is defective, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, we will provide a replacement or a partial/full refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items We cannot accept returns on:

Personalized/Customized Products: Any item with a custom logo, text, or specific branding.

Bulk Orders: Large volume orders specifically procured for your company.

Sale items or gift cards.
Cancellations Once a customized order has entered the production phase, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Refunds If a refund is approved due to a quality issue, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
