1. Production Lead Time Since we focus on "Precision in Gifting," all customized orders require a production period. Typically, this takes 5-7 business days after the final design proof is approved.

2. Shipping Times We ship internationally from our production facilities. Estimated delivery times to the United States are:

• Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: 5-8 business days. Please note that these are estimates and do not include potential customs delays.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.

4. Custom Duties and Taxes Apex Promos is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
