OVERVIEW This website is operated by Apex Promos. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Apex Promos. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - CUSTOMIZATION & PROOFING (Your Brand, Our Craft) For all customized products, we will provide a digital mockup or "proof" for your review.

  • Approval: It is your responsibility to check for spelling, color accuracy (Pantone matching), and logo placement. Once you approve the proof, the order enters production.

  • Liability: Apex Promos is not responsible for errors in the final product if they were present in the approved proof.

SECTION 2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Your Assets: You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all logos, trademarks, and designs provided to us. You grant Apex Promos a non-exclusive license to use these assets solely for the production of your order.

  • Our Content: All content on this site (text, graphics, logos) is the property of Apex Promos and is protected by copyright laws.

SECTION 3 - PAYMENT & BULK ORDERS

  • Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

  • Order Fulfillment: For bulk B2B orders, production lead times begin only after payment is confirmed and the design proof is approved.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY While we strive for "Precision in Gifting," shipping times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, international logistics, or carrier issues. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may also change or discontinue any part of our service (including product offerings) without notice.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is registered.
